Suguri (スグリ Suguri) is one of the Main Characters in 100% Orange Juice. She is the titular character of the games Suguri, Acceleration of Suguri, and Acceleration of SUGURI 2.

Notes
Suguri is a glass-cannon-type character, with positive Attack and Evasion stats, and a negative Defense stat. She mostly relies on her Evasion stat for survivability in battles, and she does best when her opponent is at low HP so she can KO without having them counterattack. Her Hyper, Accelerator, allows her to roll 2 dice instead of 1 for a single turn, which can be used to overwhelm an enemy with a high attack roll, escape an enemy who is a threat to her, or catch up to a weakened enemy.
Useful Cards
- Dash! allows Suguri to move quickly around panels, which can save her Hyper from being used.
- Passionate Research allows Suguri to draw Hyper cards.
- Lonely Chariot can be used as setup before using Accelerator, which would make Suguri move exactly 10 panels.
- Using Accel Hyper while under the effects of Accelerator allows Suguri to roll 4 dice, which can overwhelm the opponent.
- Using Final Battle after using Accelerator can put the opponent in a disadvantage.
- Rbits allows Suguri to defend reliably, at the cost of Evasion.
- Rainbow-Colored Circle increases Suguri's already high Evasion even more, allowing her to dodge high attack rolls.
- Holding Windy Enchantment adds to the total of panels Suguri will move through.

- Suguri is a playable character and one of the protagonists in Acceleration of Suguri and its sequel, Acceleration of SUGURI 2.
- Suguri, named "Protagonist" in the first Chapters, serves as the Chapter 6 boss in 200% Mixed Juice!. She has four forms in this game: Suguri, Suguri (Accelerator), Suguri&Hime, and Suguri (46 Billion Years).

- Suguri is the only character from Suguri who has the highest Evasion stat, at +2.
- Suguri is also tied with Aru and Aru (Scramble) for the highest Evasion stat of all characters.
- With the release of DLC10 in update 1.17, Suguri's costume can be changed to a Winter costume.
