Witch's Hair Lock (髪を結う魔女 Kami o yuu majo) is a Boost-type Hyper Card in 100% Orange Juice. It is owned by Ceoreparque.

Witch's Hair Lock gives the user a choice on who to target, including the user themselves. The targeted player will be then unable to use their next Move action, making them land on same panel they were standing on again.
Witch's Hair Lock can provide a lot of use, such as delaying someone from traveling too far, preventing the user themselves from getting ahead of a potential bully, making players land on the Boss Panel (in about the same way as Delta Field being used), and allowing to Norma again, if the player meets the requirements.

- While Witch's Hair Lock prevents the target from moving initially, if the target is standing on a Move Panel, they will be able to move. However, this is unlikely to happen under normal circumstances because players cannot normally stand still on a Move Panel.
